What natural therapies do you provide?
I wear a few different hats, Naturopathy, providing natural health solutions to help you achieve your wellness goals. Also Herbal Medicine remedies, teas and products, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Nutrition, Bach Flower remedies, Ear Candling.

How do I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made via 02702843781 cellphone number, contact form, or book online. I appreciate that you've taken the time out of your busy schedule to contact me, so if I am in clinic when you call, I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I ask that you arrive at least five minutes early to catch your breath and to place your electrical device/s on silent. This is your valuable time to receive and achieve wellness.
Where is your Clinic?
As of 26 May 2023, my clinic is located at 40 Potts Avenue, Opotiki, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
Do you provide mobile Clinics?
Sure do. Mobile clinics available for Opotiki, Wioeka and down The Coast to Potaka, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Can do Group Bookings at least 5-6 people. Travel costs apply for outside Opotiki township.
Do you provide online Naturopath consultations?
Yes I do. Acute and Chronic Naturopath consultations are available face-to-face, via digital online Zoom or phone.
What makes my consultation different?
Simple, I take the time to listen to your story. You’ll be amazed how being listened to can make you feel heard, understood and empowered. By working together, my goal is to holistically empower you to begin your journey towards maintaining your own health and wellbeing.
Why do I need an initial consultation?
As a Holistic Practitioner, I require an initial consultation, either face-to-face (kanohi ki te kanohi) or via phone or online, to assess your imbalances on all levels. Getting to know more about you and your journey so far, is a very important part of the treatment process. If I am unable to help you, I will then refer you on to the appropriate health practitioner.
Please put all cellphones and other electrical devices on silent or better still turn them off to avoid any distractions. This is your precious time, enjoy!
How do I pay?
Payment accepted by:
Internet banking is preferred: ANZ 06/0645/0534085/00
Cash will be accepted.
Quoin accepted 50% payment on 60-90 minute therapies.
No credit will be given unless discussed beforehand with myself
What happens if I want to cancel my appointment?
Life happens - we are all human and everyone now and again experiences an emergency. A quick phone call or text to let me know what's happened is appreciated. Another client would have valued your appointment time.
Cancellation fee applies to missed consultation charge. I do require at least 48 hours cancellation notice via telephone, text or in person only.
Invoice for cancellation fee will be posted within five working days of missed consultation. If no payment or contact has been received after the 1st invoice, then Debt Collection will commence.
Letters/Forms – referral (with summary of notes) or in support
A fee of $15.00 will be charged.
Pre-arranged Herbal Remedy
If you have requested a repeat herbal remedy or it is mixed as part of your Wellbeing Plan and not collected, then the price of herbal remedy will be invoiced to you.
Practitioner Product Request
All requests for sourcing of products will require full payment in advance.
