What makes my consultation different?
 

Simple, I take the time to listen to your story. You’ll be amazed how being listened to can make you feel heard, understood and empowered.  By working together, my goal is to holistically empower you to begin your journey towards maintaining your own health and wellbeing.

 

Why do I need an initial consultation?

 

I'm a Holistic Practitioner and require an initial face-to-face consultation to assess your imbalances on all levels. Getting to know more about you and your journey so far, is a very important part of the treatment process.  If I am unable to help you, I will then refer you on to the appropriate health practitioner.

How do I find your Napier clinic

 

My clinic is located at 16 Latham Street, Napier, 4110. Take a look at the map on my Contact page.

 

Drive down the long driveway right next to the mailbox. Plenty of room to park and turn. Clinic is located at end of decking. Take a seat and i will be right with you.

When is your Napier clinic open?

I am available for appointments:​

Monday:1.00pm - 6,30pm
Tuesday - Thursday: 9.00.am – 6.30pm​​

Friday: 9.00.am – 4.30pm​​
Saturday: 9.00am – 2.00pm​​

My clinic is based in Latham Street, Napier.

How do I make an appointment?

 

Appointments can be made Monday– Saturday, within the above opening hours using my cellphone number, contact form, or book online. I appreciate that you've taken the time out of your busy schedule to contact me, so if I am in clinic when you call, I will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

I ask that you arrive at least five minutes early to catch your breath and to place your electrical device/s on silent. This is your valuable time to receive and achieve wellness.

Parking

 

There is ample parking available at Latham Street. Wheelchair access is unavilable at this stage. Check out my Mobile Tuesdays offer - where I can come to you. N.B. travel costs apply to Mobile Tuesdays.

Cellphones

 

Please put all cellphones and other electrical devices on silent or better still turn them off to avoid any distractions.

Gift Vouchers

 

Gift vouchers are available for all therapies. Please contact me for more information.

What happens if I want to cancel my appointment?

Life happens - we are all human and everyone now and again experiences an emergency. A quick phone call or text to let me know what's happened is appreciated. Another client would have valued your appointment time.

 

Cancellation fee applies to missed consultation charge.  I do require at least 48 hours cancellation notice via telephone, text or in person only. Notice of cancellation will not be accepted via email or message. (cancellation fee will still apply).

 

Invoice for cancellation fee will be posted within five working days of missed consultation. If no payment or contact has been received after the 1st invoice, then Debt Collection will commence.

 

Can I claim treatments on my Health Insurance?

 

As a member of the NZ Society of Naturopath's Inc. all Naturopath appointments can now be claimed on your health insurance policy. Please check your health insurance plan to see if you qualify.

 

Letters/Forms – referral or in support

 

A fee of $10.00 will be charged.

 

Pre-arranged Herbal Remedy

 

If you have requested a repeat herbal remedy or it is mixed as part of your Wellbeing Plan and not collected, then the price of herbal remedy will be invoiced to you.

Practitioner Product Request

 

All requests for sourcing of products will require full payment in advance.
