Your first Naturopath consultation is your chance to tell me "Your Story" and join me, as together we become detectives to gather all your holistic health history.

Consultation health investment includes:

Communication with one email per week for four weeks.
Summarisation of your first Naturopath consultation, Stage One of your Health and Wellbeing Plan.
Any necessary research.
Summarisation and interpretation of diagnostic testing data, including blood tests.
Herbal remedy or dried infusion formulation or capsule (if required and exclusive of health investment fee).
Practitioner product research and ordering of vitamins, minerals or other nutrients (if required and exclusive of health investment fee).
Reflexology and/or Lymphatic Drainage foot treatment. (if required and exclusive of health investment fee)
Divine Energy Healing treatment (if required and exclusive of health investment fee).
Lifestyle suggestions.
Bach Flower remedy, specifically mixed for you (if required and exclusive of health investment fee).

You will leave your first Naturopath consultation, with a few handwritten notes to get you started on your Journey to Wellbeing. If it is apparent during consultation that you appear deficient in any nutrients, suggestions are made for immediate herbal or natural health supplement intake.

One full Nutritional eating plan.
Testing interpretation and summarisation. (if required and exclusive of health investment fee).
Composition of natural health product table.
Lifestyle suggestions.
Herbal remedy or dried infusion formulation or capsule (if required and exclusive of health investment fee)
Practitioner product research and ordering of vitamins, minerals or other nutrients (if required and exclusive of health investment fee).
Reflexology and/or Lymphatic Drainage foot treatment. (if required and exclusive of health investment fee)

The ultimate long term goal is to repair any gut, other systemic imbalances and suggestions made to return you back to choosing healthy foods.

I was having trouble with hormone imbalance and irregular periods. I also wanted to clean up my eating habits and had no idea Bridgitt was a trained Nutritionist as well!
