A relaxed health consultation where your concerns and goals are discussed. This is your opportunity to tell me your holistic story. Together, depending on how fast or slow a healing result you desire, we will create the best Naturopath Wellbeing Plan, specifically designed for your needs, that provides solutions to achieves your goals.
I cannot do the work for you. What I can do, is support you with all my knowledge, skills, clinical experience and wisdom. Are you willing to meet me halfway, with persistency and consistency?

Adults = in clinic OR via online Zoom - consists of 1 x 90 minute consultation = your health investment = $189.89
Your first consultation is your chance to tell me "Your Story" and join me, as together we become detectives to gather all your history. Consultation fee covers any necessary research, summarising testing data, herbal remedy formulation and if required and practitioner product research and ordering (if required). You will leave your first Naturopath consultation with a few handwritten notes to get you started on your Journey to Wellbeing. If it is apparent during consultation that you appear deficient in any nutrients, suggestions are made for immediate herbal or natural health supplement intake.
Second Adult Follow up consultation = your health investment = $104.30 allow for 60 minutes
A check in to see how you are feeling after your first Naturopath Consultation and your opportunity to ask any questions that may have arisen. Do we need to tweak any suggestions, natural health supplements or herbal medicine. Here you will receive your next stage of your holistic Naturopath Wellbeing Plan, including a full Nutritional eating plan, Reflexology and/or Lymphatic Drainage and Lifestyle suggestions. You are an individual with unique health concerns, so your holistic Naturopath Wellbeing Plan is specific, just for you.
Ongoing Adult follow-up 60 minute consultations = your health investment = $75.95
A chance for you to ask questions about your Wellbeing Plan and add further health suggestions which may consist of herbal medicine (remedy, tablet or tea), vitamins/minerals, nutrition, flower essences, life style recommendations, Reflexology or Lymphatic Drainage. The ultimate long term goal is to repair any gut imbalances and take you back to eating healthy foods. All necessary diagnostic clinical testings may be carried out if required. Blood testing may also be requested.
Re-opening Naturopath Client File (after twelve months absence) 60 minute consultation = your health investment = $104.30
Your opportunity to address any new health concerns after a twelve month absence. Revisit previously suggested holistic Naturopath Wellbeing Plans and incorporate new holistic natural health suggestions, which may consist of herbal medicine (remedy, tablet or tea), vitamins/minerals, nutrition, flower essences, life style recommendations, Reflexology or Lymphatic Drainage. Recent Blood testing will be requested.
